Q. Why is your stationery so cheap?
A. Our stationery is cheap simply because we want it to be. Memorable Prints Online was created by a bride for the brides. Professionally printed stationery at realistic prices, that is our guaruntee.
Q. Do you print guest's names on our stationery?
A. To keep our prices low, we do not print individual guests names on stationery. As our products are printed within a full printing plant we use a bulk print method, this in turn saves you 100's of dollars to spend elsewhere on your wedding. A custom name section be added, visit our image gallery and view our templates to see examples of this.
Q. How long does the process take?
A. The whole process from final confirmation to arrival on your doorstep usually takes around 16-17 business days. If any unavoidable delays are made Memorable Prints will advise our clients accordingly.
Q. Do i have to use one of your templates?
A. Not at all, we can create a custom designed stationery package just for your special day. a flat custom design fee of $50 applies to all custom designs.
Q. Can i change the wording on the templates?
A. Yes, the wording used on all of our templates are just templates, we have a range of different wording available in our blogs or why not be creative and write your own wording for your stationery.
Q. How do i pay for my order?
A. Paypal (Credit Cards Welcome)
Bank Deposit - Details will be supplied via Email - select money order option in shopping cart.
Money Order or Bank Cheque
For online safety all our credit card transactions are done through Paypal www.paypal.com.au we do not request your credit cards details EVER. Please visit www.paypal.com.au and create yourself an account. Paypal is a secure online payment provider, please visit their website for the terms and conditions of use of their sites and accounts.
Q. Where is my stationery printed?
A. All our products are printed within professional printing plants located in Australia & Belgium. Some of our personalised products may also be from the USA.
Q. Is an Exchange or Refund available?
A. Exchange's are available on incorrect printing on your stationery. If the error is at the fault of Memorable Prints or any of our third party printers we will gladly exchange your products upon receipt of your incorrect stationery being returned to us.
Q. Do you have a privacy policy?
A. Yes, to obtain a copy, please email sales@memorableprintsonline.com to receive your copy of our Privacy Policy.
Q. What are the fee's for custom design stationery?
A. For Custom Design's a flat fee of $50 is charged for all design work, pictures & alterations.
